Changes to Existing Structures
L.E.E.D. Depot can work in both residential and commercial additions and remodeling. We can add new master bedrooms and baths, kitchens, living rooms, front entries, foyers, decking, second stories, garages, carports and more, all seamlessly blended with the pre-existing structure. Our experienced team can handle any kind of renovation, restoration, or remodeling job.

Structural Concrete Repairs
Important structural elements in many South Florida houses are made out of concrete, and the slow infiltration of water into porous concrete can cause problems such as cracking and deteriorating concrete and Spaulding steel. A wide variety of techniques are available for fixing these problems, and most of our procedures can be done with minimal effect on the area surrounding the affected concrete.

Epoxy Work
Epoxies can be used to repair cracked concrete with a bond two to three times as strong as the original concrete. Additional uses of epoxy include repairing dry/rotted wood and applying a combination of fiber glass mesh and epoxy to repair damage to a variety of materials that make up a building's structure.

Construction Consulting for the Owner-Builder
This deck is made from materials that will last twenty to thirty years outdoors with very light maintenance.

Clients hire us to advise them in different ways. We may be called in to assist owner-builders with their permit process or to act as liaison between clients, contractors and the zoning board. After a hurricane we often help clients to pinpoint the full extent of their damages and deal with their insurance companies to help them receive the correct benefits. Consulting is a positive experience because I am acting as an advocate in different venues.
